When it comes to navigating the challenges of work life, we can draw inspiration from Detroit's journey as NFC champs. Despite facing hurdles and adversity, they showcased remarkable resilience, uniting the city of Detroit and serving as an inspiration to us all. In MCDC (Motor City Dan Campbell) we trust! Ben Johnson, the Lions Offensive Coordinator, turned down lucrative offers and head coaching positions because of his unwavering belief in the team. With their determination, the Lions' comeback is bound to be extraordinary.

This week, Lewis Hamilton sent shockwaves through the F1 world, sparking anticipation for the upcoming season. Throughout his racing career, he has encountered numerous obstacles, yet his unyielding determination and self-belief have empowered him to step out of his comfort zone after 11 years at Mercedes, opting to join Ferrari in 2025.

But what prompted this bold move? Ferrari's commitment to supporting his Mission 44 initiative and investing in his post-racing endeavors played a pivotal role. At 39, Hamilton sought a team that would continue to support him as an ambassador beyond his racing career. Now, all eyes are on which race engineers and team members will join him.
